Overview
GachaStocks turns trading fees into real tokenized equities and gives them away every 5 minutes. Hold $GACHA and you are automatically entered. There is nothing to deposit, nothing to stake and nothing to claim.
In simple terms
Every buy and sell of $GACHA pays a 3% fee on the way in and 3% on the way out. Those fees accumulate as SOL. At the end of each 5 minute round, an automated keeper claims them, picks one stock at random from the 17 names in rotation, spends the entire pot buying it on the open market, then picks one holder at random and sends them the shares. Both random choices are committed to in advance and published afterwards, so anyone can verify them.
What you actually win
The prizes are xStocks, tokenized equities issued by Backed Finance and settled on Solana. Each one is backed 1:1 by real shares held with a regulated custodian. They land in your wallet as ordinary transferable tokens, so you can hold them, sell them on Jupiter, or use them anywhere else on Solana that accepts them.
They are not shares. You get no shareholder rights, no voting and no dividend entitlement. See Risks for what that means in practice.
Getting in
- Buy at least 10.0K $GACHA.
- Hold it in a wallet you control.
- That is the whole process. You are in every round from that point on.
Eligibility is measured from on-chain balances at the moment of the draw. If you sell before a round settles, you are not in that round. If you buy mid-round, you are.
